My experience with Fox Nissan has exceeded my expectations. From the competitive cost of my new vehicle to an ultra responsive service department I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. It's nice to new that one can still do business locally and get everything (and more) that they expect in the auto ownership experience!

I purchased my first car, a used car, at Fox Nissan in Grand Rapids years ago.  It was a great first car experience--not the "sleazy car salesman trying to sell me a broken car" experience I had played out in my mind!  They pointed out everything, the good AND the bad about my car, so I was fully aware of what I was getting.  So when my husband and I made the decision to buy another car, Fox Motors Nissan was really the only place that we seriously considered.  We recently purchased our very first brand new car--and LOVE it!  Our salesman was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely excited about Nissans (his wife also drives Nissans which helped solidify in my mind that he actually likes and trusts the cars he is selling--not selling Nissans and then driving a "better" car himself).  He answered every question before I even got the chance to ask them!  I did not feel pressured into buying either, which I feared would happen.  The entire process was quick and thorough and exciting!  They took care of everything for me but also explained and showed me everything they had done.  It sounds cliche, but I really did feel important and that my car was not just another sale!  I live out of state, so when I tried to get my license plates and got charged double the taxes, my dealer responded immediately to my query and sent me all of the proof I needed to show that Fox had already processed everything I owed.  I had not known what to expect, purchasing my first car, but it was an excellent experience and to be honest, I plan on doing as much business as possible with Fox Nissan.
